Trunk Shows & Display Models
Samples sell patterns - both in your shop and at quilt shows! Schedule a trunk show to boost your sales and bring customers into your store or booth. Perhaps you would rather display a specific pattern - to test your market or to give sample makers a look at the original quilt as they make their sample with your shop's fabrics.
Initial patterns for Trunk Shows or Display Models must be purchased from Moose Country Quilts. Restocking patterns during trunk shows can be from any source.
Trunk Shows
There are 2 complete trunk shows available for loan on a first come first serve basis. Each trunk show includes samples of each pattern purchased. Contact information is available here.
Purchase a minimum of 24 patterns, 3 of each title and patterns are shipped with samples. Shipping is billed at actual cost and you are responsible for Return shipment by agreed upon date. Length of show: Approx. 4 weeks.
You are also responsible for trunk show items and display models while in your possession, including loss, theft, or damage. If this is your first purchase with Moose Country Quilts, payment of patterns is due prior to shipping, which will be billed separetely.
Display Models
Purchase a minimum of 9 copies of the selected pattern(s), which will be shipped with sample(s). Shipping is billed at actual cost. You are responsible for Return Shipment by agreed upon date. Length of loan: Approx. 4 weeks.
Teachers & Guilds
If you are interested in using one of our patterns in a class or at a retreat, we would be happy to work with you so that each student has their own pattern. Discounts off retail prices are available when purchased in quantity directly from Moose Country Quilts and are pre-paid. We appreciate your honesty in complying with copyright laws.
