![]() CURRENT CLASS SCHEDULE
I hope you are enjoying your summer.... watch for fall classes starting in late September. If you have a special request, now is the time to call and let me know. Something to think about: Have you oiled your machine lately? cleaned out the bobbin area? Yes, a little maintence will go a long way towards keeping your machine running and ready to work for you.
Most classes require that you provide your own sewing machine and your usual sewing supplies like scissors, thread, rotary cutting equipment, seam ripper, pins, etc. Other requirements will vary by project.
As quilters, we all love to learn new techniques and tricks, experiment with the latest products on the market, and learn fast and more accurate ways to piece. Why do something the hard way when there's a new process that's easier and looks just as good? As your teacher, I focus on these new and speedy methods. I adapt instruction to the skill level and needs of my students, and make the learning process fun and memorable for everyone. I'd describe myself as a patient optimist, pointing out the good in everyone's work, sharing insights so class members learn from each other - all in a very positive atmosphere. Students leave class with new knowledge and friendships, feeling energized and empowered. Class is educational and FUN! Upcoming Quilt Shows & Events
